Do You Ship Internationally?

We’re sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Customers outside of the Republic of Cyprus who wish to purchase Beauty Zone products will need to contact us directly.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Usually next business day.Delivery times are based on orders placed before 8 am on any day. Business days exclude Sundays and Cyprus Bank Holidays.

How Do I Place an Order?

It’s easy to place an order with us. Log-in to your account to begin browsing our range.

Once you’ve found the product you want, you’ll need to click ‘Add to cart’. You can either carry on shopping or click ‘View Cart’ if you’ve got everything you need; this will give you the option to checkout.

If you have any addresses or payment options saved to your account then these will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order. Otherwise you’ll need to enter the details manually.

Check everything is correct and you’re good to go. We’ll send you an email as soon as the order is on its way.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel your order, go to the Your Orders section, then select the order that you wish to cancel. You can choose to cancel individual items or the whole order. If the cancellation option is not available, it means that it is now too late to cancel your order.

Our team works hard to pick and pack your orders as quickly as possible therefore there’s a very limited amount of time after an order has been placed, when your order can be cancelled.

You can visit our Returns Policy to help you get the order back to us instead.

Once you’ve placed your order we cannot make any changes to it.

If you want to try and cancel so that a new order can be placed, then you’ll need to log-in to your account.

Select the relevant order and you’ll see that you can choose to cancel individual items or the whole order.

We’ll send you an email within an hour to let you know if the cancellation worked. Please don’t place a new order until you hear from us.

Can I Place an Order Over The Phone?

Our Customer Service team is always on hand to provide support and guidance. All orders have to be placed through your online account but they’re more than happy to help you do so.

 What Do I Do If I Have Not Received My Order?

We send you an email as soon as your order is on the way, so that you can find out when it will arrive.

For tracked orders, you can use the tracking link provided in your email or located in your account to check where your order is.

Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to a local depot.

If you do need to report your order as lost then please contact our Customer Service.

Beauty Zone Gift Card

Can I Buy Beauty Zone Gift Card?

Yes! Gift cards are available here. Gift card will be sent via email to the recipient within 30 minutes of purchase.

How Do I Redeem My Gift Card?

After adding products to your bag, proceed to checkout and when prompted to enter a discount code please copy and paste the unique code from your email.

Gift vouchers are redeemable against all products on-site and can be used in conjunction with promotions which apply automatically at checkout.

What’s The Value Of My Gift Card?

If you have been sent a gift voucher please check your email which will tell you the value.

How Long Is My Gift Card Valid For?

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Beauty Zone Status

How Do I Join Beauty Zone Status?

You will automatically be enrolled into our loyalty programme when you create a new Beauty Zone account or log in to an existing account. This means you don’t need to sign up separately to Beauty Zone Status.

How Do I Earn Beauty Zone Status Points?

You’ll earn one Status Point for every €1 you spend on www.beautyzone.com.cy (excluding shipping fees).
For every 100 Status Points you’ll earn €5 credit on www.beautyzone.com.cy.

Will I Earn Beauty Zone Status Points On All My Purchases?

All orders are eligible for Status Points. You must be logged into a valid Beauty Zone account to receive the Status Points earned for any orders placed.
Status Points will not be issued for any shipping costs or for the purchase of any Beauty Zone gift cards. Free gifts are not eligible for Status Points.
If you’re using a promotional code with your order, the Status Points you earn will be based on your final order value once the promotional code has been applied.
Please note if we are unable to ship your order for any reason, then you will not earn Status Points.

How Can I See My Beauty Zone Status Points Balance?

You can view your Status Points balance by signing into Beauty Zone, selecting My Account followed by My Status Points.
If you’ve recently made an order, your Status Points will update as soon as your full order has been shipped.

What Happens To My Beauty Zone Status Points If I Return an Order?

If you return an order, the Status Points you earned on that order will be removed from your account.
